JOHN-THOMAS LLOYD, CFP®, EA

ADVISOR

As an advisor with Parkshore Wealth Management, John-Thomas enjoys the satisfaction that comes with helping clients achieve their financial goals. With a mind that is both technical and detail oriented, he relishes the problem solving that comes with his work, whether it’s implementing client strategies, creating financial plans or working on enhancing technology solutions to enrich the client experience.

John-Thomas is an extremely hard worker. He takes any and every opportunity to go the extra mile. At a very young age he was taught the principles of hard work by working in the family garden, shoveling snow, hauling lump coal, and having a newspaper route. Working hard was further ingrained into his character by wrestling four years in high school and earning academic all-state. In college he was found doing a variety of jobs such as modeling, peeling 10 foot pine logs by hand using a draw knife and being the local “Culligan Man” by delivering bottled water and salt for water softeners. John-Thomas brings the principle of diligence with him to work each day.

John-Thomas splits his time between his homes in Antelope, CA and the Salt Lake Valley, UT with his wife and three children. He has a wide range of interests—from working on home projects to playing basketball—but his favorite hobby is metal detecting with his brother. He also looks for ways to be of service, and he finds that his leadership position in his church offers many opportunities to do so, from helping a parishioner move to simply listening to someone who needs an empathetic ear.
